When you are hired, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you to help ensure your career with Curry is a mutually successful and rewarding one!

Our mentor program is intended to establish a partnership between colleagues for the purposes of learning and growth. Senior employees can provide valuable guidance to less experienced employees by giving advice and support that is specific to our organization but also as it relates to your automotive career as a whole.

This program provides you with training, feedback, and goals to guide you through our processes and procedures. It will also give you the opportunity to learn about areas of interest and how to achieve career advancement within the Curry organization.
