Scope: Logo Design, Website Design & Development, Print & Digital Marketing
Focus: Antique & Historic Home Brokerage in Connecticut & New York
We are proud to present the Real Property Purveyors case study. Real Property Purveyors is an independent brokerage based in Sherman, Connecticut, specializing in antique and historic homes across Connecticut and New York. The project began with a website rescue and grew into a complete brand and marketing program: a new logo, a modern WordPress website with a content management system, location pages, a blog, and IDX real estate integration, plus a printed newsletter, a digital newsletter, and Facebook post graphics.
Website Recovery
Before any design work could begin, the existing website had to be rescued. The hosting company that held the site had gone out of business, taking the live site and its files with it. We recovered the old website, migrated it to reliable managed hosting under the client’s own control, and used it as the foundation for the redesign so no content was lost.
Logo
A new logo for Real Property Purveyors. The compass and house mark reflects the brokerage’s focus on guiding clients home, and the classic serif wordmark suits the antique and historic homes the company represents.
Website Home Page
The new home page introduces the brand, the antique homes specialty, and the two things visitors come for most: who the company is and the home search.
CMS, Location Pages & Listings
The site runs on the WordPress content management system, so the client can update pages, listings, and posts without a developer. Dedicated location pages serve home buyers and sellers in Connecticut and New York.
Featured listings and sold properties are managed as content on the site, keeping the brokerage’s own inventory front and center.
Blog
The Real Estate Insights blog gives the brokerage a home for articles on antique homes, local towns, and the buying and selling process.
IDX Real Estate Integration
IDX Broker integration brings live MLS search and featured listings into the website, so visitors can search homes without leaving the site.
Printed Newsletter
The Purveyor, a printed newsletter mailed to clients, designed to match the new brand.
Digital Newsletter
The digital email newsletter carries the same brand into the inbox, with featured listings, open houses, and blog stories.
Facebook Post
Social media post graphics for Facebook, built on the new logo and brand colors.
